Sales

A sale is kept when an integration — Hotmart — reports a purchase made through one of our tracked links: an offer or the redirect of a play, or a link of your own naming a registration by its conversionCode (see Registrations). One row per sale; an order bump is a sale of its own. What happens to it afterwards — a refund, a chargeback — is followed on the integrator, not here.

Both lists share these fields:

Field What it is
id, organizationId
organizationIntegrationId The connection that reported it; absent once that connection is removed.
externalTransactionId, externalProductId The integrator’s own ids of the purchase and of the product.
amountCents, currency What it sold for, in cents of the integrator’s currency code, BRL.
orderBump A product added at the checkout of another sale.
createdAt When it came.

webinarId One webinar’s.
webinarRegistrationId One registration’s, whichever way it was counted to them.
source cta, redirect or webinarRegistration.

source says what sold, and the ids beside it:

source What sold Names
cta An offer on the player. webinarPlayId, webinarRecordingCtaId
redirect The webinar’s redirect. webinarPlayId
webinarRegistration A link of your own with the registration’s code. webinarRegistrationId

A play is one of the registration’s webinarPlays.

vslId One VSL’s.
source cta or redirect.

Each names the vslPlayId it was sold on; source cta names the offer in vslCtaId, one of the VSL’s ctas, and redirect names none.
