Ticket orders

A webinar that charges for entry seats nobody from the form: it takes the same answers into a ticket order and sends the visitor to the checkout. When the payment lands, the order becomes a registration — booked into the session it chose — who keeps the order’s id in webinarTicketOrderId. A free webinar has no orders.
